Trustegic is looking for QA / QC Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Quality Assurance (QA): Process-Oriented: QA is a systematic and proactive process that focuses on preventing defects, errors, and deviations from occurring in the first place Standards and Guidelines: QA involves setting and implementing standards, guidelines, and quality management systems to ensure that processes and procedures meet quality requirements Continuous Improvement: QA aims to continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance overall quality, efficiency, and consistency Training and Education: QA emphasizes the training and education of employees to ensure they understand and adhere to quality standards Audit and Review: QA may involve regular audits and reviews of processes to identify and address potential issues before they impact quality Quality Control (QC): Product-Oriented: QC is a reactive process that focuses on identifying defects, errors, and deviations in the final product, service, or project Inspection and Testing: QC involves activities such as inspections, testing, and sampling to verify that the end product meets predefined quality standards Corrective Actions: When defects are identified through QC, corrective actions are taken to rectify them, ensuring the final product meets quality requirements End-Stage Check: QC typically occurs at the end of the production or project cycle, assessing the final product for compliance with quality standards Verification and Validation: QC verifies that the product or project meets the specifications and requirements set during the design and planning phases Minimum 4 yrs. worked as a Merchandiser (Jewelry industry preferred) Skills: Good in Computer Expert in Word and Excel Good knowledge in Store / Stock Management MIS
