QA / QC HEAD

Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance / Control with reputed firms. Should be a team player with excellent leadership qualities

• Oversee the entire Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions of the organization, ensuring that all processes, materials, and finished products meet established internal and external quality standards, industry regulations, and customer expectations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems (QMS), policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.
• Lead a cross-functional QA/QC team, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations while fostering a culture of quality awareness across departments. Supervise inspection activities, testing protocols, and audits to identify non-conformances, root causes, and corrective or preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production, RD, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure quality integration at every stage of the production cycle. Oversee vendor qualification, raw material inspection, and in-process and final product testing, ensuring traceability and documentation accuracy in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage customer complaints, deviation reports, d risk assessments by conducting thorough investigations and implementing robust quality improvement strategies. Prepare and present detailed quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting key quality metrics, compliance status, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all laboratory and inspection equipment are calibrated and maintained as per schedule, coordinate with external certification bodies for periodic audits, and stay updated on evolving quality standards and regulatory changes to align company practices with industry best standards
