Job Description

Currently We are looking dynamic QA & QC Engineer to join our team.

Role & responsibilities

Developing and Implementing Quality Control:Creating and maintaining quality standards, procedures, and control systems for pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing.
Inspection and Testing:Conducting thorough inspections of materials, equipment, and processes at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Problem Solving:Resolving quality-related issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
Collaboration:Working closely with design, engineering, production, and other teams to integrate quality control into the product lifecycle.
Documentation:Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation of inspection results, test data, and quality procedures.
Continuous Improvement:Identifying opportunities to improve quality control processes and procedures, and implementing changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Training and Mentorship:May be involved in training production personnel on quality control procedures and mentoring junior engineers.
Ensuring Compliance:Ensuring all products and processes adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
