Perform visual and dimensional inspections of fabricated parts.
Conduct in-process and final dimensional inspections of machined components using a variety of precision instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, Verify that machined parts adhere to the geometric dimensioning, Perform visual inspection for surface finish and defects.
Liaise with third-party inspectors to facilitate inspections and address any issues.
Ensure that all inspection reports and test certificates from the TPI are received and verified.
Monitor the assembly line processes to ensure adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Good knowledge of hydraulics will be preferred.
Create and manage all necessary inspection and test reports, including inspection release notes and
Compile manufacturing data books (MDB) that contain a comprehensive record of all inspections and test results for final project handover.
