QA Manual and Automation Engineer

As a skilled QA Manual and Automation Engineer, you will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong background in Selenium and other testing tools. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of applications through comprehensive testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manual Testing: Design and execute manual test scenarios and test cases to validate application functionality. - Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools. - Test Planning: Create detailed test plans and test suites to cover all aspects of application testing. - Complex Testing: Perform regression, integration, and performance testing. - Data-Driven Testing: Implement data-driven testing strategies for thorough validation of application features. - Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. - Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards. - Reporting: Generate test reports and metrics to provide insights into testing progress and results. - Test Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to support continuous testing. - Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality of the codebase. - Mentorship: Guide junior QA engineers on best practices in testing. - Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices. - Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in QA and testing methodologies. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 6 to 7 years as a QA Manual and Automation Engineer or similar role. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Selenium and other automation testing tools, manual testing, complex testing techniques, data-driven testing strategies, bug tracking tools, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, test automation frameworks, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, proactive issue resolution, agile development environment experience, organizational and time management skills, mentoring abilities. - Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
