QA Manual and Automation Engineer

As a skilled QA Manual and Automation Engineer at our dynamic team, you will have extensive experience in manual and automated testing. Your strong background in Selenium and other testing tools will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through comprehensive testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute manual test scenarios and test cases to validate application functionality. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools. - Create detailed test plans and test suites covering all aspects of application testing. - Perform complex testing scenarios, including regression, integration, and performance testing. - Implement data-driven testing strategies for thorough validation of application features. - Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to meet quality standards. - Generate test reports and metrics for insights into testing progress and results. - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to support continuous testing. - Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality of the codebase. - Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in QA. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in QA and testing methodologies. Requirements: - Minimum 6 to 7 years of proven experience as a QA Manual and Automation Engineer. - Proficiency in Selenium and other automation testing tools. - Experience in manual testing, including test scenario and test case creation. - Knowledge of complex testing techniques such as regression, integration, and performance testing. - Familiarity with data-driven testing strategies and ability to create and manage test suites. - Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA and Bugzilla. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG and JUnit. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
