Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing

Test Planning
: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Manual Execution
: Conduct manual testing of software applications including
functional

testing.
Defect Management
: Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure resolution.
Test Data Management
: Create, manage, and maintain test data while ensuring data integrity and security.

Scrum Master

Scrum Framework Facilitation
: Ensure teams follow Scrum principles, values, and practices effectively.
Sprint Planning
: Collaborate with team members and product owners to plan and prioritize sprint backlogs aligned with project goals.
Daily Scrum
: Lead daily stand-ups to maintain transparency and team alignment.
Impediment Removal
: Identify and address blockers that hinder team progress.
Process Improvement
: Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing Agile best practices.

Requirements

Experience
