QA Live - Nepali Speaker

Role Overview: You will be part of the Trust & Safety team at TikTok, contributing to ensuring the safety and empowerment of the global online community. Your role will involve monitoring live video content quality, conducting thorough data analysis, collaborating with other departments, and participating in the development of quality inspection standards. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor live video content quality to ensure community ecological security. - Conduct thorough data analysis, identify problems, handle necessary escalations, and create quality inspection reports. - Collaborate closely with other departments to respond promptly to operational needs. - Contribute to the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform. Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above. - Excellent language skills in English and NP. Additional language assessment may be required. - In-depth understanding of local customs and culture, particularly sensitive to social news. - Strong learning ability, cross-department communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work under minimal supervision with strong logic and common sense related to the job nature. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. - Experience in data processing and other data analysis capabilities.
