QA Lead Web Applications

Role Overview: As a Lead QA Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our web applications through designing test cases, test planning, execution, and reporting. Your strong knowledge in QA practices and passion for quality will be crucial in driving the testing efforts. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech. in CSE, IT, ECE or equivalent, MSc in CSE or equivalent, or MCA. - Strong knowledge in QA practices and a passion for maintaining high quality standards. - Experience in web application testing. - Ability to design test cases, plan tests, execute them, and report findings. - Proficiency in automation testing using any framework or language. - Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients independently. - Experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or Javascript is a plus. - Familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, Robot, or Ranorex is preferred. - Exposure to tools like Jira, Git, Azure DevOps, and knowledge in performance and web security testing is advantageous. - Understanding of Test Risk Assessment and Test Pyramid concepts. - Experience in ETL testing and working through complete SDLC cycles. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. - Self-motivated with the capability to work with minimal supervision.
