QA Lead Web Applications

The ideal candidate for the position of ASLQA Lead in Kolkata should possess 5-8 years of experience and hold a B.Tech. (CSE, IT, ECE or Equivalent), MScs. (CSE or Equivalent), or MCA degree. It is essential to have a strong knowledge in QA and a passion for maintaining quality standards. Previous experience in Web Application testing is required, along with the ability to design Test Cases, Test Planning, Test Execution, and Reporting. Proficiency in Automation Testing using any framework or language is also necessary. Additionally, excellent communication skills are vital to effectively interact with clients. Desirable qualifications include programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or Javascript, as well as familiarity with Automation Frameworks like Selenium, Appium, Robot, or Ranorex. Exposure to tools like Jira, Git, Azure DevOps, Performance Testing, and Web Security Testing is a plus. Knowledge in Test Risk Assessment, Test Pyramid, ETL testing, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies are valued. The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and have experience in complete SDLC cycles, Agile events, and Version Control systems. As an ASLQA Lead, the responsibilities include interacting with customers in an Agile environment, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely delivery. Prioritizing tasks and delegating them among team members, designing and developing test cases for Web Applications, automating test cases, and leading a QA team are essential duties.
