QA Lead

As a QA Lead in our company, your role will involve leading and managing end-to-end QA processes for assigned projects. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on requirements. Your tasks will include performing Functional and API Testing to ensure product quality and managing defect tracking and resolution processes using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Asana. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with development teams, product owners, and clients to clarify requirements and report quality metrics. You will also conduct regular QA status meetings and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones, all while adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the testing lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong expertise in Functional Testing, API Testing, and Defect Management, with a proven track record in Test Planning and Strategy. Any experience in automation testing tools will be considered an added advantage. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
