QA Engineer / Tester

Role Overview: As a QA Engineer for AI systems, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the reliability and quality of AI agent interactions and workflows. You will be tasked with defining test cases, automating regression tests, and conducting API testing for each release cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Write and execute test plans for each AI agent feature - Perform functional, regression, and performance testing - Test API endpoints, memory management, and response accuracy - Report, prioritize, and track bugs in collaboration with developers - Possess 3 years of experience in manual and automation testing - Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, and Postman - Skilled in API testing, UI testing, and load & performance testing - Understanding of CI/CD testing integration - Familiarity with AI system testing is considered a plus Qualifications: - Graduate - Total Experience: 2-3 years - Domain Experience: AI Additional Details: The company emphasizes achieving specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including: - Maintaining less than 3% escaped defects to production - Attaining 90% test automation for critical paths - Executing and closing 100% of planned test cases per release - Submitting test reports within 1 day of feature delivery.,
