QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

We are seeking a skilled QA engineer (automation + manual) to become a part of our team at AppQuarterz Technologies! As a QA engineer, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing. You will be tasked with identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs comprehensively to resolution. Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute to the design and implementation of automation testing frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle will be crucial. Regression testing to validate software quality and stability, as well as conducting exploratory testing to reveal usability issues and collect user feedback, will fall under your purview. Your involvement in product design reviews to offer insights on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential issues will be valued. Keeping abreast of new testing tools and strategies to enhance the testing process continuously is encouraged. Additionally, you will conduct performance and load testing to pinpoint potential bottlenecks. Clear communication of test progress, results, and other pertinent information to project stakeholders will be essential. Troubleshooting issues and providing comprehensive support to the development team will be part of your duties. You will be expected to contribute to process enhancements and advocate for best practices in software quality assurance. Validating that the software aligns with business, functional, and non-functional requirements will be imperative. Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks and active participation in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings are key aspects of this role.
