QA Engineer (FinTech | BFSI | AI)

As a QA Engineer at Fin 100X.AI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our financial AI products are bug-free, secure, and user-friendly for Bharat's youth. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts both manually and through automation. Your key responsibilities will include performing various types of testing such as functional, regression, API, performance, and security testing. Additionally, you will be testing BFSI integrations with platforms like CRIF/CIBIL, DigiLocker, UPI, Insurance APIs, and Microfinance APIs. You will collaborate with backend, frontend, and LLM teams to validate AI outputs and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your role will also involve maintaining bug tracking and reporting, contributing to building CI/CD automated QA pipelines, and working closely with developers for high-quality, timely releases. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of QA experience in FinTech/BFSI or SaaS products. - Proficiency in manual and automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium. - Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, JMeter, and Newman. - Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets. - Familiarity with security and compliance testing standards such as OWASP and VAPT. - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and DevOps pipelines. - Bonus points for BFSI domain knowledge and experience in testing AI/ML applications.
