Finance & Grants Lead

You will be responsible for owning the numbers and the narrative as the Finance & Grants Lead at Fin 100X.AI. This role involves managing budgets, funding, and grants, as well as preparing investor-ready reports and decks. Your position will be at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution, playing a crucial role in building the financial engine that drives Fin 100X.AI towards achieving unicorn status. - **Finance Management & Budgeting**: - Own and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow for all modules & GTM sprints. - Set up cost tracking & burn rate control aligned with MVP + growth roadmap. - **Investor & Board Reporting**: - Create high-impact investor decks, reports, and MI. - Maintain Pitchbook / Dealroom profiles for visibility & credibility. - Partner with CEO for due diligence readiness at all times. - **Grants & Funding Pipeline**: - Identify, apply, and track high-value grants (MSInS, IndiaAI, MeitY, global AI impact funds). - Build grant compliance documentation and progress reports. - Liaise with incubators, accelerators, and ecosystem partners. - **Compliance & Financial Governance**: - Ensure DPI, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA alignment for all financial flows. - Oversee tax filings, audit prep, and grant utilization tracking. - Create internal finance SOPs for scale. **Qualifications Required**: - 4-8 years of experience in Finance, Grants, or Startup CFO-track roles. - Strong proficiency in Excel, Financial Modeling, Fund Reporting portals. - Ability to simplify complex finance data into clear, compelling decks. If you have prior wins in grant funding or impact finance and a network with VCs, angels, and public funding bodies, it would be considered a nice-to-have.
