Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the QA process across the

  Next.js frontend

  and

  Drupal backend APIs

  .
• Create and maintain detailed

  test plans, test cases, and test data

  covering functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Perform

  manual testing

  for both

  web UI

  and

  APIs

  , logging issues with clear reproduction steps and environment details.
• Conduct

  cross-browser and device compatibility testing

  to ensure responsiveness and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Validate

  GraphQL/REST API responses

  (schema validation, authentication, error handling) using tools like

  Postman/Insomnia

  .
• Test

  API integrations

  between the Drupal backend and Next.js frontend, ensuring seamless data flow and CMS workflows.
• Collaborate with

  developers, designers, and product owners

  to refine requirements, user stories, and edge cases.
• Participate in

  Agile ceremonies

  (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos).
• Reproduce, document, and support debugging of issues while championing

  quality-first development practices

  .
• Provide QA input during requirement/design phases to identify

  quality risks early

  .

Required Skills

• 5+ years

  of QA/testing experience in

  modern web applications

  .
• Proven experience testing

  React/Next.js UIs

  (state management, lifecycle, component testing).
• Strong expertise in

  API testing

  (GraphQL & REST) including performance validation.
• Proficiency with

  test management tools

  (Zephyr, TestRail, qTest) and

  bug tracking systems

  (Jira, Asana).
• Solid understanding of

  responsive design principles

  and

  cross-browser testing

  .
• Knowledge of

  accessibility compliance

  (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Experience with

  Git workflows

  and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong

  analytical and communication skills

  for clear documentation and reporting.
• Awareness of

  web security testing

  (OWASP, GDPR, CCPA compliance).
