Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, design, and implement test strategies for web, mobile, and database applications.
Define clear test cases and acceptance criteria with product managers and developers.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Automate repetitive tasks using basic automation skills.
Perform database testing with SQL knowledge.
Track, analyze, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Continuously improve QA processes and adopt best practices.
Mentor junior QA team members and support their growth.
Troubleshoot production issues with cross-functional teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Basic automation and API testing experience.
Good SQL and database testing knowledge.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and quality-focused.
