QA Engineer AI & Automation

Role Overview: As a QA Engineer specializing in Automation and AI-based testing, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with US clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation test scripts while leveraging AI tools to enhance testing processes. Your contributions will involve end-to-end testing across UI, API, performance, and regression to identify and address bugs efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, regular communication with stakeholders, and the preparation of detailed test reports are essential aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts - Implement and utilize AI tools for testing optimization - Conduct end-to-end testing encompassing UI, API, performance, and regression - Clearly identify and log bugs, ensuring follow-through until resolution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp requirements and maintain quality standards - Regularly communicate with US clients and internal stakeholders - Prepare comprehensive test reports and documentation Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of software testing experience, with a focus on automation - Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, TestNG, JIRA, etc. - Exposure to AI-powered testing tools like Testim, Applitools, Mabl - Sound understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Availability to work in the 2pm - 11pm IST timezone - Location in Coimbatore or willingness to relocate About Company: Improva is a technology company that integrates human creativity with artificial intelligence to develop innovative software solutions for business growth and digital transformation.
