QA Engineer (Manual + Automation | Web, Mobile & API Testing) Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer experienced in manual and automation testing for websites , mobile applications , and APIs . The ideal candidate should be a self-learner , driven to continuously improve, with a strong grasp of test case creation , bug tracking , and automation frameworks . You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of deliverables across multiple platforms and devices. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing of websites, mobile apps (Android/iOS), and APIs. Create and manage test cases, checklists, and testing documentation . Conduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UI/UX , and cross-browser/device testing . Test and validate RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger . Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium , Appium , Cypress , or TestNG . Identify, log, and retest bugs using JIRA , Bugzilla , or equivalent platforms. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely bug resolution and high-quality releases. Prepare and share test reports , provide QA sign-offs , and contribute to continuous improvement. Explore and implement new testing tools, methods, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in manual testing across web and mobile platforms. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automation testing (Selenium, Appium, etc.). Proficient in writing and executing test cases , test scenarios, and maintaining detailed logs. Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools. Familiarity with Agile , SDLC , STLC , and bug life cycle. Understanding of responsive UI , cross-browser, and device testing. Basic knowledge of Git and version control. Preferred/Bonus Skills Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Required SQL knowledge for database validation. Familiarity with performance and security testing tools. Experience using BrowserStack , Firebase Test Lab, or similar platforms.
