Job Description

Design, develop, execute, analyze results and maintain test suites and automated test frameworks for backend systems. Leverage Java, SQL, Cloud Services, and testing methodologies to ensure software reliability, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test strategies for backend services.
Implement automated test frameworks using Java, Groovy, and BDD tools (Spock, Cucumber). Participate in code reviews to improve the quality and reliability of the backend codebase.
Continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Incorporate DevOps and Quality practices into testing processes to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Must Have. Experience Over 7 years of experience with minimum 3 years on Automation. Proficiency in Java (or similar) programming language and experience with creating and maintaining automation frameworks and automation scripts.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as JUnit, Spock, TestNG. Strong experience with backend technologies such as RESTful APIs, SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake), and server-side frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot). Proven experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, EKS, RDS, MSK etc Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Must be team-oriented and yet be capable of working largely on your own with minimum supervision. Qualification. BE/btech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
