Job Description

Location:

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing local team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Test Strategy Development:
Define and implement robust automation test strategies that ensure the quality and reliability of cloud-based applications and systems.
Cloud Testing Focus:
Focus on central cloud testing capabilities, with an emphasis on resiliency, high availability, and continuous monitoring.
Automation Frameworks:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for cloud applications, ensuring scalability and high test coverage.
Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and cloud architects to define quality standards and drive improvements in testing processes and tools.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in existing processes, tools, and automation approaches, proposing and implementing enhancements.
Performance Monitoring:
Ensure cloud-based applications are tested for performance, resiliency, and scalability in real-world conditions.
Reporting & Metrics:
Develop reporting tools and dashboards to track test progress, issues, and results, communicating insights and risks to stakeholders.
Hands-on Testing:
Actively participate in automated and manual testing, especially for critical cloud components and services.
Knowledge Sharing:
Share best practices, emerging trends, and new techniques with the wider QA and development teams.
