Job Description

Responsible for planning, test case scripting, and execution to ensure proper coverage across multiple projects. Execute Integration, System, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing, supporting production contact center systems. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, provide QA estimates, and ensure timely test planning. Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring necessary test data is in place. Maintain and modernize existing automation frameworks, automate regression tests, and optimize testing processes. Provide hands-on support in Mobile QA Automation for UI and API, ensuring smooth implementation. Track and report daily testing status, ensuring defects are properly documented and resolved. Expertise in Azure DevOps, Cyara automation test suite, and Agile collaboration tools like Jira. Experience with contact center technologies, including Cisco UCCE, Verint WFO, Nuance IVR, and Genesys CX Cloud. Strong knowledge of data structures, security regulations (PCI SOX), and automation in voice IVR environments.
