QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  automation frameworks

  for mobile and web applications using

  Java and Selenium WebDriver

  .
• Automate test cases for both Android and iOS platforms (Appium/Selenium).
  
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
• Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing automation scripts and frameworks.
  
• Execute automated regression suites and analyze failures with root cause analysis.
  
• Ensure seamless integration of automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Apply

  data structures and algorithms (DSA)

  knowledge to write efficient, reusable, and scalable automation code.
• Stay updated with the latest automation testing tools, trends, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 36 years

  of hands-on experience in

  QA Automation

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Java programming language

  .
• Solid hands-on experience with

  Selenium WebDriver

  and

  mobile automation (Appium preferred)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms)

  and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with

  TestNG / JUnit / Maven / Gradle

  for automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with

  Git/GitHub, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools

  .
• Good knowledge of

  manual testing concepts

  , SDLC, and STLC.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of

  Cloud-based device farms

  (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, AWS Device Farm).
• Experience with

  BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Serenity)

  .
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured).
  
• Exposure to performance and security testing.
