Job Description

Provide mentorship to team members for best practices and code review.
Multi-task daily activities with offline projects.
Assist in maintaining and modernizing automation framework.
Drive initiatives for software quality process efficiency and improvements.
Design, document, execute, and maintain test plans, scenarios, use cases, scripts and procedures.
Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
Assist in CRM/File Share administration.
Conduct full lifecycle testing including integration, regression, and stress tests.
Document software defects using the company s CRM tracking system.
Provide input on functional requirements and potential problems.
Find and report defects to software developers.
Help investigate customer problems as needed.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Location

This role is open to candidates working remotely or hybrid in Ireland

Basic Qualifications

BS in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
4 years of related experience.
3 years of automated testing experience, including building and maintaining automation testing solutions for frontend UI and backend API.
Experience with version control and issue tracking.
Proficient in one or more of the following coding languages:
C# with Selenium
Proficient in one or more of the following testing tools:
GitHub (Git), SQL, Playwright, Nunit, Junit, Taurus, JMeter, Postman, Appium
Working knowledge of relational database concepts.
Knowledge of healthcare and clinical trial industry standards and regulations.
