QA LeadExperience: 15+ YearsLocation: Noida, UP (Sector 62)Role Summary:The QA Automation Leader will be responsible for overseeing all automation projects across the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality automated testing solutions
This leader will define and enforce automation standards, mentor and upskill QA resources on emerging tools and technologies, and drive continuous improvement in the test automation practice to align with industry best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 8 years in a test automation leadership role
Strong expertise in automation frameworks (e
g
, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) and programming languages (e
g
, Java, Python, JavaScript)
Experience with AI/ML-based test automation solutions
Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (e
g
, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Experience with API automation tools (e
g
, Postman, Rest Assured) and performance testing tools (e
g
, JMeter, Gatling) is a plus
Familiarity with cloud-based test execution platforms
Key Responsibilities:Automation Strategy & Governance: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise-wide test automation strategy, frameworks, and best practices
Define guidelines for test automation architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
Monitor and ensure adherence to automation governance across all projects
Project Oversight: Provide technical leadership for all ongoing automation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high ROI
Review and validate automation scripts, frameworks, and pipelines for quality and effectiveness
Identify gaps in automation coverage and drive initiatives to maximize automation benefits
Team Development & Upskilling: Assess the skill levels of QA automation engineers and identify training needs
Organize regular training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums on the latest automation tools, frameworks, and industry trends
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Development, and Product teams to align automation with CI/CD and release pipelines
Act as the primary point of contact for all test automation topics for internal and external stakeholders
Communicate progress, challenges, and metrics to senior leadership
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies in test automation, AI-driven testing, and related QA practices
Evaluate and recommend new tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Drive proof-of-concept initiatives to adopt cutting-edge automation solution
