QA Architect

Job Description

Requirement: Automation: (Mandatory): Expertise in test automation using Selenium with Java/C#, integrated with TestNG and Cucumber for BDD-style frameworks. API automation using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured (Java), Karate, or RestSharp (C#) for validating RESTful services and integrating them within end-to-end test suites. Proficient in Web UI, API, and Mobile automation using tools like Playwright or Cypress, and Appium , with strong experience in writing modular and reusable test components. Strong programming skills in Java, C# or Python Integration of test automation with cloud-based execution platforms such as Browser Stack or Lambda Test for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing. Skilled in Database and ETL testing , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and validation across source, transformation, and target systems. Note: *Not limited to the above-mentioned tools. Performance Testing: (Mandatory): Strong experience in Performance Testing using JMeter or K6 , including test planning, script design, and analysis of system behaviour under load. CI-CD: (Good to have): Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions,etc., and integrating automated tests with deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP . Docker: (Good to have): Skilled in containerizing automation frameworks using Docker to enable isolated, scalable, and repeatable tests. Generative AI: (Good to have): Good Understanding on Gen AI-based application testing , including prompt evaluation, LLM Metrics, LLM response validation , grounding checks, and ensuring alignment with context and user intent. Certification Expectations : (Optional): AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate AWS Certified AI Practitioner Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals Responsibilities: Be a thought leader and advisor on the Technology for QA practice to take the team to the next level from the current state to the next level Represent QA Practice with Sales, Pre-sales, and other customer discussions as needed to gain the trust and put together the QA strategy and win business. Always curious and out of the box thinking in designing and architecting solutions Define and implement advanced test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA best practices to ensure comprehensive coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements. Lead QA teams to deliver high-quality releases aligned with business goals and technical standards. Drive automation and performance testing initiatives for scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Evaluate and integrate emerging testing tools, frameworks, and AI/ML capabilities; drive POCs and adoption strategies. Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Lead Engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to define clear QA scope and acceptance criteria. Conduct reviews of test automation code to maintain high standards and enforce quality practices. Implementing Effective test strategies for Generative AI-based application and evaluating LLM response. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI innovations; develop initiatives to up-skill the QA team and modernize testing approaches. Address and resolve team escalations by aligning with delivery managers and other stakeholders. Provide ongoing technical support, mentorship, guidance, and clarification to QA and development teams.
