QA Architect

This position is based in our Pune office, and you are expected to work from this location. You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/testing roles with architectural exposure as a Technical Consultant. You should be proficient in designing and executing testing strategies for diverse technologies and possess expertise in API testing, automation frameworks, and performance/security testing tools. Strong presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills are essential, along with familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Your key responsibilities will include providing architectural solutions and technical guidance for QA projects, designing and implementing robust testing frameworks and strategies, as well as effectively communicating complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables such as test plans, documentation, and detailed design outputs, independently managing assigned tasks with first-time quality execution, and leading the delivery of testing solutions aligned with client business and technology strategies. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior team members to cultivate high-performing QA teams, act as a career counselor and role model for team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, developers, and stakeholders. In client engagements, you will represent the organization professionally, build strong client relationships, adapt to different situations, and resolve conflicts effectively, serving as a trusted advisor and instilling confidence in the organization's QA capabilities. Furthermore, you should understand unique business and technical requirements to design appropriate solutions, develop technical requirements documentation and conceptual testing frameworks, and lead discussions around technical considerations during pre-sales and solutioning phases.,
