QA Analyst - Manual Tester

As a Quality Analyst with 1.5 to 5 years of experience, your role will involve ensuring the quality of our products through meticulous software testing processes. You will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving testing methodologies. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Test Case Design & Execution: Understand business and technical requirements to create detailed test cases and test plans for various testing scenarios. - Manual Testing: Identify software defects by executing test cases manually and ensure the product meets quality standards. - Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with product and development teams to clarify requirements and identify testable scenarios. - Defect Reporting & Tracking: Document, report, and track defects found during testing to ensure timely resolution. - Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams for the overall success of the testing process. - Effective Communication: Present findings, testing reports, and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and understanding. - Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing testing methodologies. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - 1.5 to 5 years of experience in software testing, specifically manual testing. - Ability to translate business requirements into effective test cases. - Proficiency in manual testing techniques such as functional, regression, and system testing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Knowledge of Automation Testing is a plus. - Experience with defect tracking tools and test management tools. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Education & Certification: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).,
