As a candidate for the Python Developer position, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Role Overview: You should have 6 months to 1 year of experience with Python web frameworks, particularly Django. Freshers who have completed training, internships, or certification in Python with the Django framework are also welcome to apply. A strong interest in technology and analytical problem-solving is essential for this role. Experience with development practices like Test-Driven Development (especially unit testing) and Continuous Integration is required. You should be comfortable using Logger, Postman, and Swagger. Expertise in containerized technology, especially Docker, is necessary. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum preferred) or a passion for Agile environments is a plus. A strong understanding of Git, GitLab, and Bitbucket is expected. Experience with REST APIs and WebSocket API is highly desirable. Proficiency in writing ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) queries is essential. Experience in developing Microservices oriented architecture-based services using REST APIs is a requirement. Understanding Python's threading limitations and multi-process architecture, with knowledge of Celery being a plus, is beneficial. Familiarity with caching technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch) is preferred. Experience with AWS cloud services is a plus. You should be familiar with PEP8 rules for writing clean and reusable codes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must.
