Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Python Developer with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our tech team. You’ll be working on backend development, APIs, and database integration while collaborating with our frontend and product teams to build scalable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and related frameworks (like Flask or Django).
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and manage data flow between servers and clients.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, optimizing performance where needed.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Python development.
• Good understanding of OOPs, REST APIs, and database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.

Good to Have

• Experience with frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or deployment tools.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks or React (optional).
