Python/Django Developer

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Python Django Developer with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our team's success by leveraging your expertise in React JS. Your primary responsibility will be to develop both front-end and back-end components for web applications using Python, Django framework, and React JS. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions and the enhancement of our existing products. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing Python/Django web applications, integrating frontend technology React.js. - Engaging in technical discussions to ensure scalable, secure, and performant architecture. - Writing clean, well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards. - Utilizing RESTful APIs, integrating third-party APIs for enhanced functionality. - Creating responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React Js. - Optimizing web apps for performance and cross-browser compatibility. - Mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and staying updated on industry trends. - Troubleshooting and debugging issues to implement effective solutions through root cause analysis. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. - 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in Python, Django, and React.js. - Proficiency in Python, Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. - Strong skills in MySQL database design and management. - Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming. - Knowledgeable in RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party API integration. - Experience with Agile/Scrum development. - Proactive problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. - Bonus: Past mentoring or leadership involvement with junior developers.
