Python-Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead with experience in Python Full Stack development, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI-powered SaaS solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end development of AI-driven SaaS products using modern full-stack technologies. - Architecting, designing, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI). - Building and optimizing responsive front-end interfaces using React / Angular / Vue.js. - Collaborating with AI/ML teams to integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines. - Managing code quality, reviews, deployment pipelines, and version control. - Providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and ensuring best coding practices. - Working closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. - Ensuring application performance, security, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure). In addition to the key responsibilities, the preferred qualifications for this role include: - Experience with AI or ML-based SaaS products. - Exposure to data processing, NLP, or predictive analytics. - Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Team mentorship experience.
