Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Django Developer with 5+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in product development , ensuring high-performance, security, and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust backend systems, integrate APIs, and optimize database performance. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django . Architect and optimize database models for efficient data storage and retrieval. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance functionality. Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the product. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments. Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Implement automated testing to ensure high-quality releases. Stay updated with the latest Python/Django trends and propose innovations for product improvement. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews for knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Python and Django development. Strong knowledge of Django ORM, Django Rest Framework (DRF), and API development . Experience in database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB . Understanding of Celery, Redis, and task queue management . Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) . Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation . Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Experience with asynchronous programming and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka). Knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable backend design . Preferred Skills: Experience with FastAPI or Flask . Knowledge of GraphQL API development . Familiarity with machine learning or data processing frameworks . Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation .
