Job Title: Python Developer (4 Years Experience) Location: [Noida Job Type: [Full-time] Experience Level: Mid-Level (4+ years) Salary: [Optional] About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Python Developer with around 4 years of professional experience to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python and hands-on experience in building scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend systems or applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications. • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, and product managers. • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. • Implement data storage solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). • Develop RESTful APIs or microservices architecture. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. • Troubleshoot and debug applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in Python development. • Strong understanding of Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. • Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. • Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations. • Familiarity with version control systems like Git. • Understanding of software development best practices, including Agile/Scrum. • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker (preferred). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus. • Good problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have: • Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Familiarity with asynchronous programming, Celery, or message brokers like RabbitMQ/Kafka. • Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
