Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and

Django.

• Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs.

• Work with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Develop and integrate CRM systems to streamline business workflows.

• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and UI/UX teams for seamless

integration.

• Manage debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and automation.

• Mentor junior developers and support a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills

• 56 years of strong hands-on experience with Python and Django.

• Proven experience in CRM development or integration (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot,

or custom-built CRMs).

• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

• Experience with Celery, task queues, and asynchronous processing.
