Job Title: Python SDET + Networking

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Budget: ₹16–18 LPA

Position Summary

We are looking for a Python SDET with a strong understanding of networking concepts. The role involves developing automated test scripts, validating software functionality, and testing network-based applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using Python.
• Test APIs, backend services, and network-related features.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases.
• Identify bugs and perform root cause analysis.
• Simulate and troubleshoot network conditions in test environments.

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Pytest, Unittest, Robot Framework, etc.).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, firewalls).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (REST, Postman, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in network automation or testing network appliances.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
