Python / ML Tech Lead (Deep Learning)

You are a skilled Python Tech Lead with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will be responsible for leading a team in developing innovative solutions using Python programming language, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks. Your primary focus will be on understanding project requirements, recommending suitable approaches and technologies, and improving the efficiency of models through iterative development processes. Your key skills should include proficiency in Python, Python Flask, NLP for content extraction, Pandas, OCR, Deep Learning, OpenCV, Tesseract, Computer Vision for image processing, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Paddle, ML algorithms, Neural Networks (CNN), Git, CI/CD, and cloud experience. You must have a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python and ML, with a strong background in machine learning algorithms and frameworks. As the Python/ML Tech Lead, you will be expected to possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with the ability to translate project requirements into actionable development tasks. Effective communication with stakeholders to provide technical insights and updates on project progress is essential. You should also have the capability to mentor and lead a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Nice to have skills include experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, familiarity with NLP techniques, and previous work on computer vision projects. Demonstrated success in computer vision and text extraction projects would be an added advantage.
