Python, Machine Learning Developer

Role Overview: As a Python Developer at HCL, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Python as the primary skill and DevOps as the secondary skill to support one of our clients. With at least 5 years of relevant experience, you will be based in Chennai and play a crucial role in implementing various technologies and tools to enhance the client's operations. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize languages such as Python and YAML to develop efficient solutions - Work with operating systems/platforms including Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, Oracle, CentOS, Alpine, and Windows Servers - Manage Kubernetes/GKE/EKS/AKS for containerized workloads - Implement configuration management and automation using Ansible, Puppet, Terraform - Utilize CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Harness.io for efficient deployment processes - Work with Docker, Podman, and Artifact Registries for container management - Implement vulnerability scanning using tools like Trivy, Grype, and Anchore - Ensure image signing and provenance using tools like Cosign and Sigstore - Generate SBOM using tools like Syft and CycloneDX - Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks - Implement Cloud Logging and Security Command Center on GCP - Create dashboards for SLA/compliance reporting - Utilize Open Policy Agent, Kyverno, Gatekeeper for admission controls - Ensure compliance with frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, NIST, CIS Benchmarks - Implement SIEM/SOAR tools for event correlation and automated remediation - Integrate AI-LLM & MCP Server with internal/external endpoints Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Cloud DevSecOps with a focus on CI/CD, automation pipelines, and container orchestration - Experience in patching workflows for VMs, containers, and hybrid infrastructure - Proficiency in vulnerability management and remediation strategy - Strong understanding of policy enforcement, secure image creation, and maintenance - Knowledge of cloud-native patch management across AWS, Azure, GCP - Experience in registry management, infrastructure provisioning using Terraform/IaC - Ability to integrate AI/ML pipelines for intelligent remediation and reporting - Proficiency in Python/Go development for automation tools - Experience in building chat/assistant interfaces to support patch management queries (Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
