As a Python Lead Developer at Xinthe Technologies in Visakhapatnam, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable web applications using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Your expertise in SQL Server will be essential for database schema design, optimization, and query implementation. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will translate requirements into technical solutions and provide leadership to the development team to ensure timely project deliverables. Your role will also involve troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing applications while staying updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and OpenCV. - Work with SQL Server databases for schema design, optimization, queries, and stored procedures. - Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to the development team. - Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimization. - Manage end-to-end project deliverables and ensure timely releases. - Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications. - Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of professional experience in software development. - Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). - Hands-on experience with SQL Server database design and optimization. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns. - Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Strong understanding of computer vision concepts (e.g., object detection, image segmentation, feature extraction). - Knowledge in image processing (e.g., filtering, edge detection, image transformation). - Knowledge in video processing (e.g., object tracking, motion analysis, video encoding/decoding). - Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks. - Experience with software development practices (e.g., version control, unit testing, continuous integration). **Good to Have:** - Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. - Experience with performance tuning and application scalability.
