Job Description

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack Python applications with modern frontend frameworks. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for AI applications, creating efficient vector databases and knowledge stores, and developing APIs to connect frontend interfaces with backend AI services. Your role will also involve implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for AI applications and monitoring application performance while troubleshooting production issues. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and have at least 4 years of experience in full-stack Python development. Proficiency in Python web frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI), a basic understanding of modern front-end technologies (React, Vue, or Angular), and hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications are essential requirements. You should also possess knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architecture implementation, SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and microservices. While not mandatory, experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar, containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), streaming data processing, semantic search principles, contribution to open-source AI projects, and familiarity with AI/ML monitoring and evaluation metrics would be considered advantageous. Proficiency in English at the C2 level is required for this position.,
