Job Description

Develop, optimize, and maintain data workflows using Python, Pandas, and PySpark .
Work with Delta Tables and Parquet file formats for efficient data storage and processing.
Design and implement scalable and reliable data engineering solutions to support analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Ensure pipeline performance, fault tolerance, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and enforce best practices in data engineering.

Requirements:

4-12 years of proven experience in Python development with strong data engineering background.

Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and PySpark for data manipulation and processing.

Experience with Delta Tables and Parquet file formats.

Strong understanding of scalable data architectures, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to have skills:

Hands-on experience with Databricks.

Familiarity with Apache Spark, DBT, and Airflow for data orchestration and transformation.

Knowledge of advanced Pandas optimization techniques.

Exposure to testing frameworks such as PyTest or DBT testing.
