Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Python Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, scripting, API integration, and working with large-scale applications. This is a contract-based opportunity for a fast-paced team in Mumbai.
#PrimarySkillsStrong expertise in Python (6+ years) object-oriented programming, clean codeExperience with REST APIs, Flask, or FastAPISolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patternsExperience with SQL / NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDBProficiency with version control tools like GitHands-on experience in writing unit tests, debugging, and performance tuningUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and software deployment practicesFamiliarity with Docker, containerization, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure is a plus)Experience with pandas, NumPy, or other data processing libraries (preferred)#ResponsibilitiesDesign and build robust backend services using PythonIntegrate APIs with internal and third-party systemsWrite reusable, testable, and efficient codeCollaborate with frontend teams and DevOps for full-stack integrationParticipate in code reviews and agile ceremoniesContribute to documentation, testing, and deployment automationDebug and resolve technical issues in production or staging environments#NiceToHaveExposure to cloud platforms (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.)Experience with task queues like Celery, or workflow automationFamiliarity with data engineering tools or analytics pipelines
