Job Description

We are looking for a

Python Backend Developer

with 1 4 years of professional experience who has a solid understanding of server-side logic, database management, and API development. Additional exposure to

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

technologies will be a strong plus. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building efficient, scalable backend systems and be eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable
backend services
using Python.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and AI components.
Collaborate with frontend developers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver high-performance applications.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Work on database design, optimisation, and integration (SQL and NoSQL).
Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Apply AI/ML models to backend systems where applicable (e.g., automation, analytics, personalisation).
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions.

Skills

1 4 years of experience in
Python backend development
.
Proficient with frameworks like
Flask
,
FastAPI
, or
Django
(preferred).
Good understanding of
RESTful API design
and implementation.
Hands-on experience with
databases
such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with
version control systems
like Git.
Basic understanding of
AI/ML concepts
and the ability to integrate AI components (e.g., using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
Experience with
Docker
and API deployment is a plus.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Exposure to
AI-powered features
such as recommendation engines, NLP, or computer vision.
Familiarity with
message brokers
like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with
unit testing frameworks
like PyTest or Unittest.
