We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with at least 2 years of industry experience in Python development or relevant work experience. This role involves designing and implementing developing backend APIs, data pipelines, automated solutions, and collaborating across teams to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role will focus on developing data-driven solutions, including working with APIs, databases, and web automation using modern Python frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and automated scripts.
• Develop and integrate APIs using FastAPI for seamless system communication.
• Utilize Pandas for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Work with PostgreSQL to design and manage databases efficiently.
• Use Git for version control and collaboration in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance solutions for performance and reliability.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Python development or relevant automation work.
• Strong proficiency in Python for clean, efficient, and scalable coding.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas for data processing.
• Proficiency in Selenium for web automation tasks.
• Experience with FastAPI for API development and integration.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Not mandatory (but considered a plus):

• Knowledge of AI, ML, or NLP concepts.
• Familiarity with Sci-Kit Learn for machine learning models.
• Experience with cloud-based services and technologies like containerization.
• Understanding of other programming languages like JS, SQL, etc.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Postman or REST Assured for API testing.
