As a Python Intern/Fresher at Heliconia Solutions, you will be part of a 6-month training program aimed at enhancing your Python skills and providing hands-on experience with the Odoo framework. You will work on real-world projects involving customization, integration, and development. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in a 6-month training program focusing on advanced Python and Odoo development. - Learn and apply advanced Python concepts to enhance coding and problem-solving skills. - Gain in-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework, covering development, customization, and integration. - Independently handle small Odoo-related projects. - Become proficient in various Odoo modules and business processes. - Regularly update mentors on progress and challenges. Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in Python, basic Linux, and JavaScript knowledge. - Familiarity with Git and GitHub for code versioning and collaboration. - Strong logical thinking and creativity in addressing coding challenges. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Training Structure: - Duration: 6 months (Unpaid) - Location: Office-based in Vadodara (No remote option) - Work Week: Five-day work week. - Get trained by experienced industry professionals. - Receive a certificate of training, valid for college/university recognition. Post-Training Employment: - Salary: 12,000 - 16,000 per month (based on performance) - Full-time role available post-training with a 2-year commitment.
