As a Senior Backend Developer (Python) with 7+ years of experience based in Chennai, your main responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend systems using FastAPI and Django. - Building, deploying, and managing microservices-based architectures for scalability and maintainability. - Integrating databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB with ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy / Django ORM). - Implementing asynchronous operations and improving performance of I/O-bound services. - Writing unit/integration tests and maintaining high code quality through CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborating closely with DevOps, frontend, and product teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. - Optimizing APIs for performance, scalability, and security. - Monitoring and debugging production issues using logging, metrics, and tracing tools. The technical skills required for this role include: - Strong proficiency in Python 3.x. - Good hands-on experience with python programming language. - Hands-on experience with FastAPI and Django frameworks. - Experience developing and managing microservices using Docker and Kubernetes. - Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (JWT or OAuth2), and rate limiting. - Working knowledge of Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ for background tasks and event-driven systems. - Familiarity with Git, CI CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS or GCP or Azure). - Good understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. --- As a Junior Backend Developer (Python) with 3-5 years of experience based in Chennai or Bangalore, your responsibilities will involve: - Valuable hands-on experience with python programming language. - Knowledge of Data preparation and data analysis using python pandas or equivalent. - Building Machine learning models, end to end steps form Data understanding and inference. - Making reports using python visualization libraries like matplotlib, seaborn, etc. - Practical knowledge about ML use cases, supervised and un-supervised learning. - Understanding of 'Recommendation systems'. - Awareness about AWS cloud components like S3, lambda, Sagemaker. - Awareness about GCP cloud components like GCS, vertex AI, notebook scheduling. - Database - BigQuery - to perform CRUD. - Some idea with Linux systems to be able to interact with the server and set up/run cron jobs. - Knowledge about implementing deep learning/new AI models. - Soft skills - team communication, analytical ability.
