Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable
Python backend services and REST APIs
.
Integrate
LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Gemini, etc.)
into backend applications.
Build
GenAI-powered features
including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector search, embeddings, etc.
Develop and optimize microservices and backend systems for high performance.
Work closely with AI/ML, product, and frontend teams to bring GenAI use cases to production.
Build secure, reusable, and efficient backend architecture.
Implement conversational workflows, chat pipelines, and agentic AI components.
Optimize and fine-tune AI model performance, inference latency, and API usage.
Maintain strong documentation, version control, and CI/CD standards.
Troubleshoot production issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in
Python
(FastAPI / Flask / Django).
Deep knowledge of backend systems, microservices, REST APIs, and server-side logic.
Hands-on experience with
LLMs and GenAI frameworks
(OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
Experience building
RAG pipelines
, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval workflows.
Understanding of
Prompt Engineering
, LLM orchestration, and context management.
Database experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL optional (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills.
