Job Description

You will design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable solutions using PySpark. Your main responsibility will be to ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust testing, validation, and cleansing processes. You will integrate data from various sources such as databases, APIs, and external datasets. It will also be your duty to optimize and tune PySpark jobs for performance and reliability. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and ETL tools and processes. You should possess strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with PySpark and SQL. Experience with relational databases, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Impala will be beneficial for this position. Additionally, excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork. This position requires 6 to 14 years of experience and is located in Kochi. There will be a walk-in on 10th May for interested candidates. You will be expected to document data engineering processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain organizational standards.,
