Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated IB PYP Social Science Teacher to join our academic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inquiry-based learning, capable of integrating social studies concepts into transdisciplinary themes, and committed to nurturing global-minded, reflective learners in alignment with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Social Science lessons within the IB PYP framework.
• Foster inquiry-based and concept-driven learning experiences.
• Plan and implement transdisciplinary units that connect social studies to other subjects.
• Develop and assess students through formative and summative assessments.
• Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and communication among students.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues on planning, reflection, and curriculum review.
• Participate in IB training workshops and professional development programs.
• Engage with parents to share student progress and learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Social Science concepts and inquiry-based teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Passion for holistic education and child development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Ed. (mandatory) with specialization in Social Science.
• Experience in IB / Cambridge / International curriculum schools preferred.
• IB PYP training or certification (added advantage).
• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in IB methodology may apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
