Job Title: PYP Coordinator Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune Experience Required: 4 to 5 years Qualification: B.Ed. is Mandatory Gender Preference: Female Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PYP Coordinator to lead and oversee the Primary Years Programme at our reputed institution located in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the IB PYP framework and a passion for student-centric, inquiry-based learning. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the IB PYP curriculum Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure alignment with IB standards Provide regular training and support to PYP teachers Ensure smooth IB documentation and manage communication with the IB board Conduct regular curriculum reviews and update policies accordingly Foster a culture of inquiry, reflection, and international mindedness Organize and oversee PYP exhibitions and other student showcases Monitor student progress and maintain academic excellence across grades Requirements: Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. (mandatory) Minimum 4–5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or IB coordination role Strong understanding of IB PYP philosophy and standards Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Enthusiastic, creative, and student-focused mindset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
